It is secluded, tucked away, so not noisy at night. It is a fairly basic B&B, you get what you pay for. Bed was fine and comfortable enough.Bathroom was small, but functional. The air conditioning worked a treat, thankfully..!!!
Breakfast was really quite sparse, but Italians eat light for breakfast, and there is a couple of eateries just around the corner. It is close to a water bus stop, the Accademia and a bridge. It is a good minutes walk to St Mark's square or a 5 min bus ride.
All in all we just wanted a place to sleep, have a quick bite in the morning and get out to see the sights. So, this was ideal.
The owner, Carlo, was very helpful and kept me supplied with cappuccinos in the morning, which was a bonus..!!
