There were a lot of beggars around and the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere so we ended up moving to a different hotel.

Was put in a room right by elevator when I had requested end of hall. Had guests above stomping all night till wee hours of the morning, then again later morning, didn't get any sleep, it was horrible. No coffee

Front desk is closed and hotel locks at 10pm!! This should be made prominent when booking. I knew I landed at 11pm and upon arriving at midnight the doors to the hotel were locked. I walked around the building at midnight looking for an open door. Finally someone told me there was a phone in the breezeway to wake up an employee to come check us in. She was pleasant even having been woken up. It was the most bizarre experience at a hotel. We were woken up at 4am by what sounded like workers, maybe were guests talking extremely loudly in the hallway and the elevator ding sounded like it was in our room. Freeway noise was super loud. For $144 I expected a little more than what I got.

I found this Hotel to be clean and the staff was very nice. There was only 3 faults that I found. #1. No hand towels in the bathroom. #2. The shower curtain was too short. There was water all over the floor when I finished my shower. Could have been a slip hazard. #3. There was no staff at the front desk at 9:00 AM when I was ready to leave.

I booked this hotel a month before n advance and requested top floor, when arriving the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, no ice machine in the facilities and no ice in freezer in room. Went to a concert venue that evening just to have front desk banging on the door to ask if we were extending our stay, at least ask at checkout time at 1100 not 1000 am. Don’t to self, never again.

The hotel itself was great until some one pulled the fire alarm just when I was trying to sleep after a 39 hour drive. Staff and fire department found the person and kicked them out of hotel. I had a homeless guy sleeping behind my truck and 2 guys drinking beer and smoking weed 30 ft away from that guy. While those individuals didn't do anything to bother vehicles and I guess since it's Vancouver and the NW I should have expected it. I would stay again . It is a nice clean hotel.
