Older property … heater didn’t work, room was cold, heater looked like it was from 70’s. I booked a room with one bed but apparently that was a smoking room & was told if I wanted a room which wasn’t smelly it was $20 extra. On top of that was an extra $10.50 to park. All in all this room cost over $250 for the night there are way better hotels in the area in that price range.

Gets the job done. Cable tv reception sucked. Hallways smelt like ashtray. Queen mattress had queen top sheet as bottom so didn’t stay tucked in which was not a great feeling to wake up with a communal mattress against your body. Ew. Fine if you want to use a top for bottom, just size up maybe. Staff were great.

Older hotel, stayed there because it was supposed to have had an airport shuttle. However it was cancelled and no longer available. If I had known that I would not have stayed there.

Hotel is convenient to the airport and the cruise port. Hotel is refurbishing the halls and rooms and it definitely needs this update. Long waits for the elevator (and I was travelling with a spouse in a wheelchair so could not take the stairs). As with all hotels in Vancouver, it was very expensive for a room. One night in this hotel was almost as much as a week on the cruise ship and the cruise ship includes meals and entertainment.

A lot of stuff is broken in the hotel only one tiny thin blanket the heater didn't even work in the room light switches I had to unplug by hand because they wouldn't turn off by switch and it was extremely noisy
