I overall really enjoyed our stay at Arlo. The location is phenomenal, the hotel staff are kind, and the lobby smells amazing which is always a nice reprieve. My only critique is that the resort fee is supposed to include a Citi Bike voucher and a $15 dining voucher, neither of which we received. The Citi bike code didn’t work and we weren’t told that the $15 only applies to one of two restaurant/bars the hotel had. Since the resort fee is steep, this was a bummer. Other than that I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay.

Perfect location with great views! 10 min walk from Penn Station & Madison Square Garden! 5 min walk to the Empire State Building and 15 min ride to Central Park. I will only stay here from now on out! Perfect for a couples getaway and the King Sky View room was breathtaking!!! 10/10

We got the queen sky room. The nice lady at the front desk got us a room on the 27th floor, which was really nice. The views are super interesting in part because we got people watch the people who lived in the neighboring buildings lol. The hotel room was small but very functional. No issues with the size whatsoever. The neighborhood is nice, as well. Many restaurants in the area and the fifth avenue shopping not too far away either 😁. The hotel lobby felt a little bit small and could use an update in my humble opinion. But it is no big deal either way. I highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my girlfriend came here for our anniversary and had a great time! The staff could not of been any more helpful and even when we had a small issue, we received a complimentary $50 voucher to spend at the hotel. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around some of the main tourist spots in NYC

Clean and tidy hotel, very well located within easy walking distance of all major subway stations. We had a skyview room and the view was spectacular. Room was bigger than we thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. Rooftop bar was very convenient and we didn't need to book most evenings before sunset. Only constructive feedback I have is we tried to check-in at 3pm and were told the room wasn't ready still, we had to wait another hour which was frustrating as we simply wanted to explore the city straight away. We were however given drinks tokens for the rooftop bar as a gesture which was nice. The fridge in our room wasn't cold and being located near the lift, the air ventilation is rather noisy and drafty. Overall though, we would definitely stay here again, although maybe choose a room away from the lift.

One of the best hotels in the New York City area, the view itself is worth staying here alone. Extremely convenient when it comes to a plethora of delicious restaurants, transportation, and convenient stores at any given moment. The staff was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home, would highly recommend.
