The convenience of this location was absolutely amazing! Very small hotel but me & my partner didn’t mind it at all. It was also great just to relax in our room and enjoyed the gorgeous view of Downtown Vancouver & seeing the bay & parts of Stanley Park in the distances. My one complaint that I had was the doors were so loud when guests were leaving their rooms. Hopefully in the future they can fix and have them slowly close? But other than that, I had a wonderful week stay there 😙😎

I would never stay here again. This was a panic buy. I booked the wrong ferry, i had driven a very long way and i just booked somewhere close and pet friendly. Thought it was a good deal. Went up by 80 by the time i checked in and paid all the fees. There is a carpark at extra cost but its bit secure theres better places to park if you plan, it was so expenaive for what convinience. It was the dirtiest place ive stayed for a long time, dont get me wrond foe the price i wasnt expecting the ritz but this place was DIRTY hair all over the bedding and the towels, floors filthy. Smelt damp. Also no contacess available , the next day, less that 24 hours later my credit card that i used was hacked and had to be cancelled luckily i caught the charge. Also within the same 24 hours attempts on my email and other accouts made too. Coinsidence maybe? But cctv right over the card machine and not allowed contactless? Hhhm. I think no coinsidence.

Robson vacation stay
The location and view is worth the stay. The room service was not the best, we called using the room phone and took us 4-5 times calling before someone answered. By the time someone answered, my son already went down and got the extra towels needed. We totally love the room space and city view, that we truly appreciate. When it comes to bed time, we lost sleep as we saw 1 bed bug crawling on my pillow, we do not know how much more there maybe on our bed or underneath the bed (we got paranoid). I threw the bed bug that crawled on my pillow on the sink and ran hot water on it, see pic. Reported it to the front desk when we checked out. She said that it will be reported to management and may be given some type of compensation. I told the front desk person, that I hope room 904 will be fumigate. Overall, our stay is good but nit the best. The location of the hotel is close to everything as it is situated in Robson and the city view is golden. WiFi is very good too! Parking is at the back of the hotel and you have to pay for it. I recommend to use the hotel parking for car safety rather than parking along Robson.
