We love the location and the view. However things felt a bit stingy this time. We called down for some extra blankets as there wasn’t anything in the room and they brought us up one thin little blanket.

Great check in experience with Carlos who was very helpful during our stay. Really comfortable room and bedding. Decent space and helpful housekeeping. Nice green tea amenities. Good TV channels. Was wonderful to have an in-room microwave. Very convenient location to the waterfront and very nice Xmas markets nearby. Overall, a great stay and will return for a 3rd time for sure.

Amenities terrific and the gym and pool were fantastic. Housekeeping actually came to clean each day unlike many hotels that have decided to cut corners and not offer it daily anymore. It makes a huge difference for us as it is comfortable to come back to a clean room after a long day out.
