When I arrived at the hotel, there was no space in the hotel parking lot for my car, and there was no staff available to help me park elsewhere. It was the responsibility of the guest to find a parking spot somewhere else, even though parking was listed as an amenity during the booking. In the middle of the night, the heater in my room stopped working and started blowing cold air instead of warm air. When I asked for help at the reception, they were unable to fix it. After insisting, they finally provided me with a small portable heater. As a result, we had to deal with this issue until late at night, and we didn’t have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very basic, with little variety and poor quality. Even simple items like cucumbers and tomatoes were not available.

We like the restaurants around the property, at the time of our visit the hotel was using manure on their plants and it smells like sewage. We didn’t like it. We’ve stayed at this hotel often and it’s degraded over the years. Our staying was disappointing.
