Great location, pool was heated and hot tub was very hot. We didn't receive robes in our room but called front desk and asked for them to bring us robes to the pool and they did! 10/10 customer service. We also got upgraded to a better room. The restaurant at the hotel was 2/10. Much better places to eat nearby so don't recommend eating at Preston's. Otherwise great hotel

Good, so long as you don't need a shower
Great location. We checked in a couple of hours early with no problems. Good sized room with nice amenities, comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets and USB ports. Used the outdoor hot tub next to a well-equipped gym and small pool. Listing shows bathrobes provided, but there were none in the room. Tried to shower in the room afterwards, but only tepid water (at 5 pm). Next morning tried to shower, but water still almost cold after running for 10 minutes - both in shower and vanity. Mentioned this to front desk and they promised to fix, but too late for us to use. Apology, but no offer of compensation for a no-working shower.

Great place and convenient for walking around. Have stayed here two times and both times were great. Wish they had self parking but barely had any issues with the valet and they were very quick in bringing the car.

Room was available very early and was clean, comfy, and spacious. Check-in was super quick and easy. It's in a very walkable area (has to deal with the usual downtown issues but they aren't too bad in this area) and just around the corner from various restaurants and cafes as well as a 7-eleven for snacks. Pool is a nice bonus too. Easy to walk to SkyTrain stations. A great stay for a good price.

We walked everywhere, decently close to a few stations for bus and train. Shopping a few streets up on Robson, and dining everywhere. The perfect location to stay if you’re coming during Christmas as the Vancouver Christmas Market is about 5 minutes away walking, Hyatt for gingerbread lane is 7-10 mins walking, and the close train stations will get you to the Granville Island Public Market and Stanley Park Christmas events as well.
