The perfect house for you and your guests!

Enjoy the comforts of a home filled with all the homey touches to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The house has been fully updated with an open concept kitchen/living room with an expansive island to allow guests to socialize and serve food. Outside, be prepared to take in some fresh air, rain or shine, under the patio cover. There are lots of restaurants, hiking/biking, golf, the Columbia River, and Mt. Hood nearby!


We will not be onsite, giving you all the privacy you and your guests need. At the same time we live just 10 blocks away and are always available if requested. We love giving suggestions on activities, restaurants, sites to check out, etc. Just a phone call away.

Conveniently located next to many attractions. A Coffee shop is just a 5 minute walk down the street. Grocery stores including Fred Meyer's, Costco, Walmart, New Seasons, and Walgreens are all within a two minute drive. A wide variety of restaurants that are just a short drive. The neighborhood itself is filled with extremely nice residents. A short walk, has a great park for kids to run and play coupled with a large open field next to the play structure. Another five minute drive and you are at Camas Meadows Golf Course.

A keyless entry system is installed at this property to make check in easy!

The House
Downstairs: As you enter the house you will be welcomed with 25’ vaulted ceilings and a living room/dining room. Continue walking and come upon the gourmet kitchen filled with all the necessities to cook a delicious meal. Behind you is the other living space with a beautiful fireplace and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite movie, sports, or show.

Upstairs: There are 4 spacious bedrooms all located upstairs allowing you to have gatherings downstairs yet also allow you to get some rest and privacy upstairs. There are 2 full bathrooms up stairs with a double vanity located in both and a half bath downstairs for your convenience. Children's pack and play available as well as high chair, toys, and games.

Backyard: Have kids that will be joining you? Have fun watching them play on the play structure and run around the back yard as you enjoy some refreshments in the shade under the patio cover. Cook a delicious meal on the barbecue and sit around the outdoor table visiting with friends and family. Later at night turn on the outdoor fireplace.

Uber/lift available, bus transport close and walkable to everything!

There are plenty of areas to go see including the Columbia Gorge, Cottonwood Beach, Mt. Hood, Lacamas Lake, Round Lake, Washougal River, and many more. We have all the driving directions and sites to see in our booklet you will find in the house, or feel free to call us for advice on places to check out during your stay.

Our home is suited for 6-7 adults and 2-3 children. If your group includes more adults or children, please contact us for pricing adjustments.

We do allow pets, but there is a $25 per pet, per night fee that will be added to your overall stay. For longer stays, we do discounted pet fees. Please inquire with hosts. Additional nightly pet fees will be sent out after confirmation of booking.

We also require an identity check for all guest who book our properties. This is standard safety protocol for us and you as our guest!

Amazing property for our long term stay
We rented this property for a long term stay while our home in another state was being renovated. The property itself is beautiful and the neighborhood perfect and walkable. Perfect! Our stay couldn’t have been any better. The location was close to both the wedding venue and our daughter’s home. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was equipped with our every need. We didn’t have time to utilize the outdoor space, but that too looked wonderful. I would highly recommend this gem!

House fully stocked with everything you could need. Great location. We were in town for a family wedding…Had 8 family members stay at house. Very comfortable and clean. Master is very large. Wife loved big tub. First night we were there fire pit on the deck ran out of propane almost immediately. Even though this was not a big deal to us, we reached out to owner just as an FYI. He was extremely responsive and rectified it within a few hours. We did end up having some down time to enjoy an evening fire. Patio area very relaxing. We had a couple questions along the way and every time we reached out to the owner we received a response very quickly and that was much appreciated. We did not have any young children but house is set up nicely for that. Swingset in the backyard, high chair, etc. Would highly recommend this house for your stay.

Our stay in Vancouver was an excellent experience. The rental home was in a great location and perfectly fit our family's needs. The check-in and out process was easy and fast. and the hosts were respectful and helpful. I would recommend this rental to small to medium size groups.

Loved loved this home
We rented this positively wonderful home for a family wedding. We were 6 adults and 2, 2 year old granddaughters. The girls had such fun on the big toy and with all the toys in the home and taking walks around the very safe cul de sac. The house was large, spotless, everything you need in the kitchen. I would come back to Vancouver just to stay in this home again. The owners were very kind and helpful. Overall an excellent rental.

Amazing location and welcoming hosts.
We had a great stay here. Everything was very clean and well stocked with useful home items and toys for the kids. They really put a lot of thought into making it feel like home and making guests feel welcome. The location is amazing. So close to some beautiful spots and great local restaurants and shops. The host had some great recommendations that we checked out that made our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Wow! We LOVED it here!
This place was perfect! So much space, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We had four adults staying together on a mother-daughter style trip to Portland. This home in Vancouver was close enough to everything and affordable. Dustin provided clear instructions for check in and check out, as well as a number of recommendations for local restaurants. Vancouver was actually a great place to stay - more affordable than Portland for shopping, eating, and gas. The house is so well thought out, perfect for families with children. The backyard is so pretty, with it’s covered patio, play scape, and landscaping. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. I did not even realize that the bedroom window was open until my sister told me the next morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Both Dustin and Kathryn were very responsive to every message I sent. I can't believe how beautiful this house was that the pictures don't even do it justice. I was totally blown away by how simple, clean and beautifully decorations. The kitchen had all the amenities, the seating areas were comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious and I loved the positive, encouraging signs around the house. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Awesome house, perfect for kids
From the first time I contacted Dustin until the last, this was a perfect VRBO experience. The house was clean and spacious. It was laid out comfortably and the location was perfect for our needs, as we ran between Portland and Vancouver. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to hotel rooms. The backyard was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent the majority of their time at the house in the back yard. My wife and I coins not be more happy with this experience. The house was thoughtfully supplied with the many items that you need to make your stay comfortable. 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Thanks, Dustin.

We came up for a wedding, so we had a fairly big crew--the house comfortably accommodated everyone--though I would say it handles 8 people, not 10. The extra two would have to sleep on the couches. No ding to the rating for that, more of an FYI. The whole place is nice and very thoughtfully supplied.

Worth it completely
It was absolutely beautiful. It was such a nice place to stay. They were super clean and they really thought of their guests. Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed it so much!! She was over the moon with the bunk beds and that there were toys to play with. It felt like a home away from home. Easy check in and out, and they reply quickly. Super thankful for this amazing place, and if we are ever back in this area, I would definitely stay again.

Perfect!
We needed a place for an extended stay that offered workspace for both of us and a fully fenced yard for our dogs. The home is beautiful and very clean! We felt right at home. The hosts are very responsive and Dustin even came over to give me the name of a paint color they used in one of the bedrooms!! (We are remodeling our home). I thought that was very kind. I would recommend this home. It's large! Lots of space for family or friends...and dogs of course. We took a drive to Hood River and Mt Hood. Beautiful scenic drive.

Charming, clean and well stocked!
Dustin did a great job putting this house together for families to enjoy. It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked and in a family neighborhood. The house is lovingly cared for! The weather was great so we enjoyed eating in the covered patio and sitting by the gas fire pit in the evenings. Plenty of space for 4 adults and while we didn’t utilize it, an adorable kids room too!
