Inside, it’s spacious and fit for family or group hangouts. There is a beautiful open kitchen and living room area, plus two decks, a grill, and a private hot tub. This 4-bedroom home is perfect for families, equipped with a Pack 'n Play, booster highchair, and toys. One bedroom is located on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom includes a desk area and private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is shared between the other guest rooms.

Located just a short distance from Vail Ski Resort and Vail Village, this home boasts a great location! Summer guests will enjoy hiking with the Pitkin Trailhead and Gore Valley Trail close by. The Vail Golf Club and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are also great summer activities nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
