This was the only RRI I’ve ever stayed at that was clean and on point. It was recently updated. Good place to stay.

Orbitz states pay at checkin . Property only accept credit card. Others take ash w/ exorbitant deposit. Wouldn’t accept that. Car outside building honked horn as is on lookout like an employment situation.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but the sheets were dull and stained with paint and other nastiness. Long black hairs in the sink. I’d definitely not stay here again.

Terrible smell in the room. But good thing we were able to open the window, which actually had another inconvenience, we didn't feel safe, but no other choice. The only thing were good - is friendly staff working there.

the room had no coffee maker no microwave no tissues , the staff was not friendly no good morning nothing dirty trash laying around property I would not stay there again ever

This place was fine and the bed was comfortable but our room has a spill on a counter and there was a moldy that had not been picked up. The shower was not clean.

One Night in Utica...!!!

Clean, disinfected and available upon check-in. A home away from home whn visiting Utica. No breakfast, no pool, no room service but no problem. No frills at a reasonable price. I just wish prices across the would remain consistent. Sometimes $90.00 up to $150.00 for a standard room including taxes per night.

I feel there should has been excess to elevator service. Very hard to carry, especially, when you are staying on the second floor, luggage, coolers, etc. Overall, it was very convenient and quiet for us because of the reasoning for our trip.
