Upon arrival of the hotel we were told the room we were to stay in had been severely damaged the night before. We were moved to a new hotel, which had not completed construction. Was definitely an inconvenience and not up to our expectations

Very nice hotel. The nicest Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Convenient to Turning Stone casino and NY State Throughway. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff gave away our room we prepaid for. Very dissatisfied with the staff excuse in why. They claimed to have call me, I did not receive any messages or have any contact with them at all

Shawn, who checked me in was absolutely delightful! Room was clean, nicely designed, and well supplied. Breakfast options were plentiful. Shuttle to nearby casino was a nice perk.
