The hotel was nice room was not. There were holes in the lamp shades, a hole in the computer chair and the chair in room was disgustingly! I wouldn’t sit on it without a towel covering it. It has so many spots we ended up putting pillow on it. The lobby was very clean the employees were so nice. The cleaning people said they were going into our room to clean. We came back, NOTHING! No clean towels, no emptied trash, no cups. They were outside our door when we asked them if they were going in. When I went to front desk to get towels told them and their response was hmmm weird.

Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work - pop machine empty and wouldn't take money anyway - went to front desk and clerk said ice down a long hall - got ice but pop machine there didn't work or take money either - snacks at front desk were overly priced!! Would be nice to have a guide for TV channels and a lamp with USB to plug cell phone chargers in - front desk person was very nice and hotel very clean jyst frustrated with the inconveniences
