I did not even stay the night. I spent 30 min trying to get comfortable just being there but was unable to get beyond thinking my truck was going to broke into, if the prostitute downstairs was going to be an issue, or if the fact the place had not been updated or cared for in the past 15 years was too big an issue. There was no toilet tissue, the towels were stained, there was a stinch about the room, the seal around the door was non existent, the shower curtain was secured with cardboard, there was a crap stain on the toilet seat, and they snuck in a deposit not indicated up front. After 30 min, I left and found another hotel.

I asked for a room with a bathtub, I was told my room had one. When I got to my room, it didn't. I was double charged, and the second charge was for more than my original reservation that was made online. The clerk said he was just doing a hold, but all transactions fully posted. The AC would not turn off even with adjusting the thermostat. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to help with it. I went to leave after check out and was told I couldn't wait for my ride in the lobby because it was passed 11 and 11 was check out. I had left my room and checked out. I was waiting in the lobby for my ride to arrive. I was told that breakfast is not available because it is sold out until December. Online it is advertised that breakfast is available and included. My key wouldn't work to open the pool or gym doors, and again no one was at the front desk. My room did not have conditioner, only shampoo. The beds are very hard, but I enjoy the firmer mattresses. This felt as though I was sleeping on the floor. The building and rooms were remodeled recently. Has an odd smell everywhere.
