We come every year before school starts back for a family vacation. We stayed in unit 4 and it was a beautiful property. It has plenty of room and the large table in kitchen made lunch time very enjoyable.

We loved that this unit basically had two separate living areas giving our adult children privacy as well as our own space. We love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants we love. Our main reason for choosing this unit was that it is pet friendly! Code didn’t work at check in but they were super quick to fix it!

We loved everything about this place. We had 2 people who are disabled with us but the condo has an elevator so they had no issues. Our on site property manager was Jordan and she was amazing. So sweet and accommodating in every way possible. The condo is also so close to everything we wanted to go to! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Nice place!
This property was perfect for us. We had never spent time on south beach before and I really liked it. The house was a short, easy walk from either 17th or 18th street beach access. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Layout was awesome for our group. Kids could use the upper common space while adults socialized in the lower one. Loved that we could use the beach gear left behind by previous guests. The only complaint was that the upstairs couches were not terribly comfortable. Otherwise stellar property!

Wonderful Condo, Close to the Beach!
We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was close to the beach. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in the house and it was plenty of room! The upstairs had another living area which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and the host was very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall great place
The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable, with the exception of the "futon" that was actually a broken and unusable pull out couch bed. Thankfully we had an air mattress so it wasnt a huge deal for us, but definitely needs to be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful time, and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We were in town for a family wedding & had family from 1 to 87 staying at this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and well stocked. The number of beds made it perfect for us, and all of them were comfy. Definitely recommend.

Perfect layout for us
The property was the perfect layout for us. The older adults downstairs and the teenagers had their own area upstairs. As mentioned in previous reviews, the condo is roomier than it appears in pictures and an easy walk to the beach. Great location on island with walking to food and shopping.

Spacious and convenient to the beach
We stayed in the unit with two floors which was very spacious. However, the place was not cleaned very well. There were fruit flies when we arrived and also the whole time we were there even though we took out the trash several times. There was an odor throughout. Some of the furniture should be replaced since the cushions completely sunk in once you sat on it. Overall, it was what we expected. Definitely can't beat the convenience since it's minutes within walking to the beach.

Reunion Weekend
I, along with 14 other classmates, celebrated our 50th nursing school anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at side by side condos that were clean, spacious, comfortable and had plenty of sleeping space. It was the perfect set up for our group. 5 stars!

Perfect for our group!
Nice space for everyone to be together. Two decks for enjoying the weather. Needed a few more supplies. Needs a toaster. Lacked in enough toilet paper and dishwasher pods for the weekend. Those were our only observations. Perfect pet friendly place!! Other dogs in the building and surrounding buildings barked alot, so if you don't like dogs, be cautious.

Good place for large group - nicely laid out - short walk to beach
Overall, as expected. Plenty of room for our group. Carpet is stained and in need of a good cleaning. Sliding glass doors to deck are very difficult to operate or lock. Bathroom linens need to be upgraded - also had to request enough for our group - and that was taken care of very quickly. Also, a broom would be a good addition. Good place for large group - owner available and accommodating.
