The kitchen is fully upgraded and features all stainless steel appliances and an under-counter front-loading full-size washer and dryer. For coffee lovers, this home has both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area includes table seating 2, and counter seating for 3.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, attached bath with tub and shower combination, and also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features 2 adjoined twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional full bathroom with tub and shower combination just outside the guest bedroom. This is a great condo option for a couple or small family and has many upgraded features including laminate wood floors, stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and much more! There is also in-unit WIFI/high-speed internet for guest use as well as community WIFI at the pools. There are two reserved and covered parking spaces available. This unit is on the top floor, guests must climb stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
