Catch A Wave is a bright and airy home, located mid-island on a quiet, bike-friendly street only a short 2.5 block stroll from the beach. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers guests a new home feel. There is a nicely equipped bonus space on the ground floor in the covered carport which features a Ping-Pong table and Corn-hole board set for family fun! There is also a gas grill for guest’s use on the ground level.
The first floor of the home has an open floor plan with a kitchen and dining area with a table seating 6 and a breakfast bar seating for 4. The living room area offers cathedral ceilings that add to the open feel, a decorative fireplace, and has a sleeper sofa. Right off the living room is a wrap-around porch that offers a dining table for 6 and multiple seating options for guests. The wrap-around porch also offers stairs to the ground level and stairs leading up to an attached sun porch on the top floor. Also located on the main floor is a full bath off the hall and two guest bedrooms furnished with a King and a Queen bed.
The top floor of the home offers a primary suite with an attached full bath and access to the sun porch. There is also a separate seating area just outside the bedroom which overlooks the large front windows and the open living area below. The laundry room is also located on the top floor.
This home is a great location from which to enjoy a vacation to Tybee Island! Second Avenue is a very bike-friendly street and is actually considered part of the bike path on the island and we encourage you to get out and explore the island this way as it is truly the best way to travel! Walking distance to the Tybee Island IGA grocery store, shops, and restaurants. This home is pet-friendly, for an additional fee, and offers a fully fenced yard. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
