The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and includes a dishwasher and a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat-screen TV, an adjoining primary bath with double vanity sinks and a whirlpool tub/shower, access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with a King. Both baths have been updated with new vanities and fixtures.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area - 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned. No pets. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.

Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.
