I checked in my room after 3:00 PM and all of a sudden someone came in my room unannounced. I never hand face towels even though I asked for some and there was a worm in the shower.

Fake "Chic"

Consistent with what you'd expect from a Hilton chain hotel in terms of the actual room and bed size, condition, etc. But we don't really like the ridiculous attempt to make it "ultra modern for the younger generation" with weird design elements, cheap "modern" furniture, giant oversized "decorative" signs, etc. The attempt to make the hotel "chic" to justify higher pricing is annoying, since it does not really make it more attractive at all, just "pop couture." The carryover of this terrible idea into the choices of lighting and plumbing fixtures tends to reduce the utility of these necessities (too-dim lighting, such as surround-LED lights on the mirror, which is too dim to be really useful, or poorly-performing sink and shower fixtures). We will find other places to stay rather than these cheap-materials (but probably costly) "chic" hotels.

Very clean!

This hotel is nice and new, has a modern feel. Front desk staff was super, friendly and prompt. Room is small but has everything we needed. It looked out on the parking lot and was fairly quiet. I love that the floors are laminate, easier to clean! Beds were comfy enough. We would stay here again. The bathroom needs some overhauls. The toilet rocked/scooted and made a loud noise every time you sat on it, even my kids. Tighten those bolts please!
