INSIDE THE HOME

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a bright, open plan living space with beautiful cathedral ceilings and high-quality furnishings. With a large dining area, comfortable living room, large kitchen and adjacent lounge area, the design for the main living area is elegantly executed. The main floor is completed by a shared four-piece bathroom, a double twin bedroom, bright secondary queen bedroom and a primary, king suite.

On the lower level of this home, guests will find the ultimate lounge area. With a casual living area, wet bar, full bathroom and two extra bedrooms, this is the perfect place for guests to kick back. On the lower level courtyard, guests have access to the large, private hot tub - the best way to end every day in Truckee!

Please note: this home does have a steep driveway. In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.

Excellent house for a long weekend getaway with friends
I stayed here with a group of college friends over a long weekend. We had the greatest time. The great room in the house had space for everyone to relax, play cards, hang out on the deck and cook. This was one of the cleanest VRBO houses I have ever stayed in. The hot tub was a nice luxury after a long day of mountain biking. The town of Truckee was a quick 5 min. drive away and has some great spots for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Happy Thanksgiving!
This is such a great house that easily absorbed 9 adults! The kitchen is HUGE, perfect for a family get together and lots of cooking. Very comfortable weekend. We are already discussing renting the house for another family weekend!

Beautiful Truckee cabin, great for groups
6 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 10, we had such a great time here. The cabin was cozy but still had plenty of room for everyone, and for games at the big table and meals all together. There was a record amount of snowpack this year so the hot tub did take one of our party about 90 minutes of work to clear the snow off the cover to make it usable, but it was well worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Perfect location! Perfect House!
Could not ask for a better location and layout. Ideal house for a large family/families. Separate living areas for multiple entertainment. Wonderful large open kitchen. Bedrooms are simple but cozy with enough beds for 10 people to sleep comfortably.

Lovely Home in Convenient Location
The home was newly remodeled and questions from property manager were answered promptly. No air conditioning but there was a large portable fan and bottom floor was very cool and comfortable. Upper floor had a ceiling fan and after it cooled down the decks were enjoyable.
