Nice but pricey
Our stay was good, the breakfast was adequate and the location excellent. The staff were lovely. Unfortunately the price of the room went up dramatically from the spring to the fall. We feel it was too expensive for the price, and lacked in amenities.

This hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was professional, welcoming and prompt if needed anything. Breakfast and the gym was the bomb! We truly enjoyed our stay.

It’s a convenient location since it’s right in Times Square, and the staff was quick and friendly. However the facilities were breaking down. We met several issues while staying here but the staff were quick to come up and fix them.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Joseph helped us find restaurants, transportation to the airport, and a ride to our ferry. It was a wonderful 16th birthday trip for my daughter as a result of everyone’s kindness.
