Absolutely beautiful stay. We had a beach front suite, it was beautiful. Clean, staff was amazing, beach was clean, always well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, on the beach. Pool was nice, but there was allot of sand in it for some reason. Boxed breakfast was not impressive. For such an expensive hotel, I expected a better breakfast.

Great location on the water. Has an outside shower rinse off station. Outdoor seating tables. Chairs and lounge chairs available for use with umbrellas. Breakfast has 5 or 6 varieties delivered to your door. Okay options. Main selection which can include sausage sandwich, egg, oatmeal. Water. Orange juice. Fruit. Also kids option- cereal and yogurt with above. Room for the most part were clean. Balcony could have used a spray/ blow down. Complimentary towels at front desk. Pool was decent bathrooms are down the hall from it. Gaming rooming.

Report Fee but Lax Housekeeping

Great beach, friendly and helpful front desk staff (special shout out to Roachelle). Only negative is housekeeping did not clean our room after the 3rd night as advertised in the room. We also requested housekeeping after the 2nd night, also as advertised, but they never came on that occasion either. I left messages twice with the front desk for the Manager to call me, but never received a call back. Disappointing considering that they charge a nightly “resort fee”.

Disliked: Staff & service

Everything about our stay was wonderful except the employees. The staff was helpful when needed but also very distant and i would say unfriendly. They didnt ruin our time there but they did impact our furture outings. Not fun dealing with unpleasant employees.
