I was unhappy that the there was a children’s birthday going on in rooms on our floor. You kids were having a great time. Laughing calling each other screeching with delight. I wasn’t happy

Updated remodel with modern appeal. Lobby bar entertainment in the evenings. Free shuttle to local areas. Very Comfortable beds. Only issue we had was the shower would not get fully hot one day but was later fine.

I have been coming here for decades. Love the renovations over the years. It’s a great place but has increased rates too high for what you get. Charging additional money for simple amenities was not okay either. Thanks for the memories, won’t be back.

We were in the room by the elevator and you heard the staff at 630am going up and down the elevator for about 1.5 hrs. I would not recommend being next to an elevator Both bars in the hotel close down by 930-10
