The Space:
This 850-square-foot condo features 1 King bedroom and 1 full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The living room includes a pull-out sofa and chair, offering additional sleeping space for 3 more people, in addition to the King bed. The chair is especially suitable for children!

The newly renovated bathroom boasts a classic pedestal sink and a spacious shower. It is stocked with fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. For added convenience, the condo also has a stackable washer/dryer, along with laundry soap.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes counter seating for 3, as well as a dining table for 4.

Both the living room and bedroom feature large flat-screen Smart TVs with an Amazon Firestick.

For outdoor relaxation, take advantage of the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note: The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided to help ensure a peaceful stay.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
