Nice place , clean and quiet . Receptionist went out of his way to get us a 1st. Floor room since my wife has trouble with stairs. Decent breakfast too .

We stayed in a suite, bed was good but the whirlpool tub with the shower in the room was, first of all, not easy to get into for seniors, but secondly, there is no ventilation, even though we turned on the fan n the toilet, so everything steamed up. We had the a/c running but it did not remove the moisture, everything was damp”ish”. The TV was very difficult to operate, a RUKU, tons of apps but to get the olympics was a challenge! Even the staff, who we called, had trouble and said they hated those TVs. Lastly I thought breakfast was barely adequate for what we paid to stay there, one morning there was no yogurt and a long wait to get some of those premade scrambled eggs. Location is good and staff is very accommodating, but we would not stay there again

The hotel had a lot of “guests” from different companies staying and every night they would drink outside in the parking lot and every night they would be loud. I felt unsafe with that many drinking while I had children with me. The bathroom fan did not work and the shower nozzles squealed when turned on. Very disappointed especially with the amount of guests that were drunk on premise in the parking lot.

Too expensive for the experience

Room clean, but wallpaper not done well at edges. Not enough outlets where needed. AC fan rattled all night.

We had one small issue with our stay. Just miscommunication with cleaning staff. Otherwise the place was fine. Definitely not new, but was clean.

Convenient location for Torch Lake visits

Facility was near to where we planned to spend time. Staff was friendly. Accommodations were clean, breakfast was acceptable. Having a grocery store next door was a plus. My only issue was we checked out a day early and was still charged for the final day. I was told to contact Expedia. Hotels.com says contact hotel directly.
