Location fantastic, room had everything we needed, beautiful view. Bathroom could have been cleaner (areas of rust and mould). Nice kitchenette.

The front desk staff I found a little rude there needs to be more information in the rooms about how to work the tv’s . Staff not very helpful when you ring down for assistance. The hotel is nice clean great area lots of choices for coffee & food .

We liked the shuttle bus . Welcome and we thought food outlets were a little overpriced. We came on own but thought the food on the strand was a bit overpriced for families. We loved the outlook and safety and security on our arrival. We would recommend to friends to stay here for a short stay but expensive for a longer stay.

Although the property was clean and well appointed with good staff, the toilet door was broken (we reported on day 1) the shower pressure was pathetic, freezer didnt freeze and only 1 lift operating for most of our stay. Besides these issues i would still stay there again.

Great location on the strand where you can walk to many bars and eating options. Also the esplanade footpath is great for a stroll. The room was very clean with a nice view. Cleaning staff very friendly and check in and check out efficient.

Loved the location right across from the beach with spectacular views. Walking distance to so many great food places. A pity they don't have a restaurant though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place very clean.

Likes- full size fridge in room and proximity to walking track and seagate depot. Dislikes- condition of room. Advertised as executive deluxe. Absolutely false advertising. Also no ocean view as advertised when booking this room. Put on level 1. Only view is of trees. Can't get photos of beach, magnetic island or surrounds from room or have a view of them. One lift was out of action and the other was very noisy from our room. Lastly $3 to use a towel for the pool is a joke. Every place we have stayed it is complimentary.
