Great house needs to be cleaned!!!

We were staying 1 night to meet up with family and found the place to be incredibly dirty upon arrival. Everything from the floors not vacuumed, to sheets being dirty, to hair clumps and matted up floor mats in the bathrooms. We notified the owners and they responded quickly with a "thank you for letting us know" but no solution or offer to correct the situation. The home is very nice but they have neglected it so badly, which is a shame considering they charge a "cleaning fee" with the booking price. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

Book it !!

This property was absolutely beautiful! My children enjoyed the bunk beds. It is a little further from Pigeon Forge activities. If you are looking for a true cabin stay this is your place. There a few stores near for groceries which is nice. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is beautiful. It’s at the end of the drive so a little secluded. We didn’t cook but it seemed to have everything needed if you wanted to. We enjoyed the fall colors from the porches! We didn’t see bear at the property but was told by neighbors that they are seen on the golf course frequently.

Beautiful

This cabin is great! It was beautiful inside and out. Beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, screened in porch and large deck off the back. The neighborhood cabins are very nice, quiet and just close enough to feel like a community. There was no bbq grill as stated in the amenities but that wasn’t a huge deal. We’d love to come back. Definitely a 5 star cabin!

Beautiful views, very nice cabin.

My husband, myself and my 16-year-old son visited. We had a great stay! The house is very cozy but was perfect for us. The two showers do get cold quite quickly, but the tub was absolutely lovely. Also, we did not have access to the gym or pool. If our younger kids were with us, they would have been very disappointed, however, this did not affect our stay, but could affect future renters. Overall, it was a great experience!

Beautiful Cabin

This Cabin was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Covered porch and a uncovered deck. We enjoy going to Cades Cove every night and love how easy it is to go to Gatlinburg. Townsend is a wonderful town and I would recommend this cabin to anyone traveling without a pet. Will book again!

Ruined trip!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This property was very nice and clean, however the owner, Marlene Sumner, was NOT honest about the amenities!!!! She did not pay her dues or give insurance info to the clubhouse so we were unable to use the pool! (how embarrassing when we got there and found that out, not to mention the disappointment of our 10 yr old granddaughter!!) The next day, she gave us an "alternative" to use another pool which was almost 25 minutes drive (vs. 5), additional costs, half the size and super crowded. When I contacted her, she told me she would take care of it, but she did not, so we were unable to use the pool the entire 5 day stay! Also, one of the amenities listed is a barbeque grill... NO grill! (the only grill was an indoor Ninja type appliance). I asked for compensation, but she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us!!!! SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TRIP!

Adorable cabin, very peaceful! Worked great for two couples. Loved the screened in porch, ate all our meals out there! Garage was great to put our motorcycles in at night! Nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed playing bags in the cul de sac and board games on rainy nights.

Nice and clean cabin

The cleanliness of this cabin was amazing. Definitely a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of PF and Gburg, but close enough to enjoy those areas in day trips with quiet and solitude for the evenings.

We enjoyed the large deck and screened porch. We have stayed in other cabins in this area and this location is particularly quiet and private. The host made sure everything was satisfactory at check-in and check-out. Her care for the property and guests makes a big difference.

Quiet cabin

The cabin is located at the and of a cul-de-sac so no through traffic which makes it perfect for kids to play outside. We also went to the clubhouse and swam in the pool - it was a bit crowded but perfect for the little ones. Be careful not to leave any food items in your car and don’t forget to lock your car. We saw deer, huge butterflies, owls, bunnies, squirrels and woodpeckers. Lots to explore. One evening we even spotted a black bear! How amazing!

Fun with Family

We had a great experience. The area was nice. We golfed. The property is on a golf course. Hiking in the Smokey Mountains. Horseback riding and tubing. We also really enjoyed the caverns.
