Chère Marie, je vous remercie pour vos précieux retours et cette très bonne note. Je regrette que le design de nos chambres ne vous ai pas convaincue. Une inspection minutieuse des lumières de votre chambre va être faite, merci de nous l'avoir signalé. Pour ce qui est des chausson, ils sont placés directement en chambre à partir de la catégorie business class et disponible sur simple demande pour la catégorie standard.
