Estimado Cliente, Muchas gracias por el tiempo dedicado a escribir un comentario sobre nuestro hotel. Apreciamos que también nos cuenten experiencias negativas ya que son estos comentarios los que nos ayudan a corregir nuestros errores y nos permiten ir mejorando cada día. Lamentamos enormemente que nuestro personal no haya cumplido sus expectativas puesto que nuestra máxima es dar un buen servicio a nuestros clientes.
