It was horrible. They us a room with an unbearable smell the first day. On thr secon day, the bathroom drain broke and the smell of bathroom pipes became unbearable. We reported the issue asking for someone to come i side the room to check what happened. And they claimed the maintennance contact was out, and that they could give us another room but as everything left was more expensive we had to pay. Only after we pronounce THE SMELL WAS UNHEALTHY and that we qoukd report it to local Health Authorities that everything was sorted and fixed for ua in minutes s. Horrible experience

Overall was OK. Property is in middle of the nowhere. Downwards was queues for meals and paid parking.

El alojamiento en general estuvo muy bien acorde calidad precio el problema es que al contratarlo a través de Expedia me salió más caro que si lo hubiera hecho en el propio centro y Expedia no tuvo el detalle de cambiar el régimen siquiera o hacer algún tipo de cortesía

Très bruyant,mal insonorisé,peu accessible,pas d’ascenseur (3 étages),pas de parking,chemin d’accès conseillé pour trouver à se garer complètement defoncé,accès depuis la route très dangereux,etc..bref:à éviter absolument !

Hôtel idéal pour les familles ! Les enfants s'éclatent dans les piscines, le restau est bon, le personnel sympa, le lieu est calme. Une bonne adresse à Tossa! Les photos de l'hôtel sont conformes.

Más caro que el año pasado en mismas fechas, pensamos que la calidad habría aumentado, pero no fue así. En Snack Bar se había fruta el año pasado, este no. El personal es un 10/10, atentos y agradables. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar.

Hotel muy familiar, ideal para ir con niños. Las instalaciones y piscina son geniales pero sobre todo el personal. Tanto recepción como camareros y personal de comedor de lo mejor que he visto en los muchos años que llevo viajando. Y que decir de los animadores tan atentos y amables de lo mejor. Es el segundo año que venimos y sin duda no será el último
