Not great

The walls are very thin you can hear everything for footsteps to people flushing the toilet. Lots of children always at the hotel up all night making lots of noise. If you want value for money don't go there. After you pay for a thin wall room you have to pay for all the amenities €7 per day including the warm pools in the spa.The pool outside is very cold and they supposedly have a hot tub but it's not heated.The food is very poor quality everything tasted like it was heated in a microwave and the food looks like it had all been frozen, the fruits are not fresh everything you get from this hotel is very cheap it is definitely not a four star hotel. I would definitely not stay there again. Wouldn't recommend anyone does.

: hôtel correct, les repas étaient variés (demi pension), la piscine pour les enfants était bien. - : le bruit, très mal insonorisé, on entend tout dans les couloirs et le matin, les femmes de ménages faisaient un boucan incroyable ! Peu de chose pour les enfants ( fille de 2 ans, à part la piscine, n’a rien pu faire). Beaucoup d’attente à la réception, que 2 personnes disponibles et peu souriantes.

Wir hatten hier mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung in Sachen vier Sterne Hotel gemacht. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Ladestation, welche nicht funktioniert hat. Während unserem zwei wöchigen Aufenthalt hat sich auch niemand darum gekümmert diese wieder zum Laufen zu bringen. Das Laden war beim Nachbarhotel möglich für 20 Euro die Nacht!!! Die Sauberkeit liess auch zu Wünschen übrig; Dreimal wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt (obwohl das Zimmer immer vor 12:00 Uhr verlassen wurde), der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war voller Schimmel und wenn gereinigt wurde, wurde die Hälfte nicht gemacht. Das Buffet war solala; das Essen war nicht angeschrieben (für Allergiker etc. ein No Go) und beim Nachfragen wussten die Angestellten selbst nicht was drin war. Die Gerichte waren oftmals nicht genug gekocht und das Fleisch meist sehr trocken und fad. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption und beim Buffet waren teilweise auch unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Man behandelte uns wie 16 jährige Partykinder (sind aber beide 30 Jahre alt). Schade für das ganze Hotel.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältniss, jedoch ist es besser nur dort zu frühstücken. Enorm viele Gäste, lange Wartezeiten. Die Qualität des Essens ist jedoch gut.
