This is an average property in close proximity of Capitol Reef. Prices are a bit high, does not include breakfast. Restaurant food is average. But there are other options close by.

This is not what was advertised. This is no resort! this is an expensive partially rundown motel. For the $375 we paid for one night it was a joke! You could not close the door in bathroom without standing in the shower. The shower ceiling and curtain rod were falling down. I fixed the running toilet twice in one night. Unbelievable. Stay in a cabin in town for a much better place and value. this was a rip off.

Property was very conveniently located to the park and a few restaurants. The cleanliness of the room though was a little rough, including a slow draining bathtub where the water crept up to standing levels while showering. Beds were a little on the softer side, which I like.

Great place convenient close to national park. Our reservation was non refundable ( no options) did get the room we expected ( Sadly not Available) we had to pay additional &80 to get a room with view.

Listed as a 4 star hotel, in rating and price. Didn’t seem 4 star. Staff was very nice. Only there for a night to tour Capitol Reef NP the next day. Suited our needs just fine, just not as advertised.
