The area is convenient, staff at check in not overly friendly, not informative. When asking about pool hours would be the time to indicate that pool access is only by using a special key and then it would be nice if they offered one. That would save people from running around confused. Rooms, pool area, not clean. At the restaurant even the salt shakers are rusty, looks gross and made me uncomfortable to eat there. The food was ok, but my son loved the burger, so that was one positive.

I woke up one the middle of the night (3am) and seen something moving from the side of my eye. There were bed bugs. I went to the lobby to complain and thankfully they moved me to another room. I still felt so disgusted and uncomfortable that I had to request a room on a whole other floor. I didn’t end up sleeping the rest of the night. And was just waiting for my room and my clothes to be steamed.

I booked a room with a balcony but they explicitly ban smoking on the balcony for some god forsaken reason. despicable and predatory behaviour, regret my booking wont go back

Out dated but clean. Staff were great.
There were maintenance issues such as the closet door being off the track and not operational, part of the sink drain missing, the seams of the wallpaper coming apart, etc. However, the room was otherwise very clean and beds comfortable. There were charging stations for our devices. The staff were professional and friendly.

The property is not in great condition and shows wear. I got a room right in front of the elevators and was told this was the only option. It was literally right outside the door. The dining options are very limited close by, none that are walkable and they don't deliver room service to your room. You have to go pick it up. Breakfast buffet was not great, but they charge you$20 and cannot even include orange juice. Not good value overall. Won't stay here again.

We were in Toronto for a wedding. The hotel was ideally located. This is an older hotel and it shows in its rooms that need an upgrade. They are however clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is quite friendly.

The facility is dated. Bar and breakfast staff are very friendly. There were stains on the bed sheets and even when we complained, nothing was done. The sheets had definitely been washed, but should not have been used again.
