Room still wasn’t ready at 4:30. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms, but they said I anly had one room. I showed them the confirmation for 2 rooms on my phone, but that didn’t help.

Had an amazing stay. Checked in by nice young lady and the room was great. Lot bigger than expected and bathroom fabulous. Everything clean and comfortable. Pillows little hard. The buffet was a nice bonus and the chef was brilliant showing me all gluten-free options. A wonderful stay . Wished we were staying longer than one night. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very nice, clean and pleasant. What I didnt like was the wait for checking in about 3hr late for checking in without any Compensation, i just wanted to go to bed, my foot was hurt and had a headache. Last thing i wanted was waiting to get my room for 3 hours.

The only reason for the star drop was due to at check in associate did not have my room established. It appeared as if they didn’t even have my reservation. They worked promptly to ensure that maid service was performed on a room to get me in. Understandable at 2-3 in the afternoon but at 9-10pm should not be a concern.

We rented a suite and all night what I’m guessing was a fire alarm whistling every few minutes kept us from getting a good night sleep. When we complained to the front desk they seemed not even interested in it.
