Our room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was severely lacking compared to almost all other hotels we have stayed in. Another oddity in regards to the "breakfast" area was that they also pulled the coffee pots out the area after breakfast hours were over, so we were not able to get coffees to go. There again, we have never encountered a hotel that did not leave complimentary coffee out for travelers that were either leaving or would be arrivals

The facilities are great, the room was well-appointed, but the staff, specifically the manager, the cleaning staff, and —with few exceptions—the front desk staff, treated me abominably by practicing a general surveillance of me because they disapproved of my 2 Pit Bulls, 1 adult, 1puppy. (My dogs are gentle)

The shower in the room was broken and couldn't take a shower. I informed the hotel employee and the employee came in the room to confirm the shower was indeed broken and said sorry. That was it. Also the incidental deposit of $50 was not returned yet after 2 weeks.

Hyatt advertises as Pet Friendly, but in reality the hotel staff discriminates against large dogs. Staff is sometimes downright rude. On two occasions the hotel manager entered my room without my permission, the second time surprising me in the shower.

This hotel was well maintained, clean, and had nice updated rooms with no carpet! Loved our stay and Jhay at the front desk was very helpful.

Nice and quiet. Breakfast variety was ok but limited some nicer entrees. Scrambled eggs were cold when we were there. The remodeling looked good except the walk-in shower was not modernized

This property had newer rooms that were nice. I booked a king and was put in a double for some reason and the property was full so i did not get the correct room and the parking lot was under construction but otherwise nice.
