I would definitely stay at this Double Tree again. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very pleased!!

The front desk staff were extremely kind and welcoming upon check in. The restaurant in the hotel took far too long to get service, but they did give us some food to snack on. It was a very noisy hotel, the guests coming through were obnoxious and when I called down to ask someone to come up to have a word. They didn’t, I had two small children and if we didn’t have a sound machine it would have been a disaster. It was almost like we didn’t have a door, so loud.

I unfortunately cannot rate anything because I was displaced by a wildfire. I’m sure the property is very nice, but not giving even a partial refund is not customer friendly at all. I understand that the policy is no refunds for any reason, but sticking to policy in the wake of a natural disaster is terrible. I hope to warn people that no matter what terrible thing happens to them, if it happens after the cutoff date they lose their money.
