Ac set to 65 and it would still not cool the room. Put do not disturb sign on door so that I could leave and not worry about putting things away and didn’t need housekeeping but the room was entered and serviced anyway

Super uncomfortable beds

The place was recently renovated and looked nice but the beds… omg the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It was so soft I felt like I was being bent in half. I guess if you like super soft beds, you may find it comfortable but it was super super soft and I thought it was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was outstanding!! Ckean rooms, comfortably bed & pillows & the toilet flushed, sinks didn't clog, shower head was strong, & shower drained. Unlike some past hotels I've stated at, this was the top!!
