This place has really gotten bad the past few years. Me and my wife would usually stay here when visiting family in Chicago but not anymore. The staff is horrible, the building and furniture looks old, and the place constantly smells like weed with bad people around the place.

I booked a room for one night. A week in advance because I would be traveling through the city of Rinkey Park! A week before my travel plans had canceled and I contacted the property to receive my refund because it said I had until the 24th to cancel to receive said refund. They canceled my room, with no refund and didn’t provide information as to why I would not receive it. I would never book with this hotel chain again!

There was no hot water. I went check in and found they didn't notify me the wouldn't have fixed until Monday afternoon.... I had to find some other place to stay. Luckily I had friends living nearby that gave me a couch to sleep on....
