Rude Desk Clerk

The hotel and room were great but at 1am the smoke alarm started chirping. Upon reporting this to the desk clerk she was very rude.I had to repack, bring everything downstairs to get keys for another room that was 2 doors down from the one I was in. I asked if I could have a late check-out and she rudely declined the request. That women does not need to be in the hospitality business.

Much better condition than other Comfort Inns we've stayed at. Everything was great. Only issue is that the bed were very hard. Will be bringing our own memory foam in the future.

Hotel was up to par, but the breakfast bar was not very good. Very minimal food and what was there was not very good. Need to upgrade breakfast bar a little!

Privacy violated twice by hotel staff

My stay was fine until the morning of check out. Housekeeping just opened my door on me while I was changing! No knock. Just flung the door open. The front desk told them I had checked out, when I had not. Shortly after maintenance just flung the door open on me too.

THE WORST BEDS EVER!!

I used to be a flight attendant and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but I can't remember ever having such awful beds (mattresses). When my 38-year-old daughter climbed in her bed, it started to buckle. I told her to go ahead and take the 2nd bed and I would sleep in the 1st one. She wanted to see about switching rooms but with her 2 small kids already settled in their traveling cots, I didn't want to transfer everything. Well, the 2nd bed had the same problem. Not only were both mattresses sagging badly but they didn't fit properly on their frames. In the morning, I asked at the front desk to speak to the manager. I was told there wasn't one.

Power outlets in room did not work and had to put my medical device( CPAP) into power outlets with extension cord. Also refrigerator not working and no freezer. Had to take medicines to front desk to store. Also I had a truck with a trailer and no parking available for longer vehicles and had to park in another hotels parking lot.

Room was great. Location was good. PROBLEM—Arrived about 6:30 PM checked in and got key cards. Desk clerk not exceptionally nice. Went to room tried key card, no matter what I did door would not open. Pulled handle up pushed handle down numerous times and door would not budge. Same process with second card - nothing. Took bags back down elevator to lobby. No one at desk, sign read ‘Helping a customer thanks for your patience’ or something like that. Waited and waited. Went to dinner came back luggage in tow. Told the clerk the problem. She insisted it was me. Reset the cards for me. Went back to room and cards worked perfectly. I am in the business of installing doors and hardware building entire buildings 50 years of experience and treated like an idiot. Will think twice mane more before I stay at this location again.

I would stay here again

Well, beds were comfy, good pillows. Everything was updated and clean. Yippy dog in room next to us. Barked constantly for at least an hour from 8-9 pm. Front desk clerk contacted owner and then owner must have returned to hotel room. Breakfast - eggs and coffee food. Apple juice and orange juice terrible, milk containers empty. Morning person seemed unfriendly and low energy.
