Reception not at all helpful
Front desk person was not pleasant. Arrived at hotel late in evening. No parking left-many people had parked across numerous spots with their trailers. She said not her problem and offered us no solution as to where to park our car for the night. Someone left as we were unloading so took that spot but they will have no where to park when they get back. Ask if we could park off to the side under the checkin cover-nope! No helpful at all. I am sure I would have had to park at a mall or something if the person did not leave. Will not stay here again, given that there are many hotels in Valdosta, Georgia to choose from!

Nice room but not everything works right
We love the layout of the room and having 2 tvs & a decent size vanity. The welcome cookies were delicious. Didn't love: light bult continuously blinked---when we called the front desk, employee couldn't understand what a desk lamp was!?!?! She said she was alone & could maybe find a new bulb. Two different brands of tvs-the one's remote didn't have a guide that worked & we weren't given a channel listing. The reception kept freezing up, too. The other one's guide worked but had "no information" for any channel. We had no hot water for our morning shower---called the desk but no one could come till after we planned to leave. Employees seemed indifferent about any of these issues. No luggage stand. No lid on the toilet. There was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion but no bath gel.

Greeted by friendly reception , entrance to hotel was beautiful. Pool was perfect and cute little gym too. Great stay but the only thing to improve would be tub not draining properly, breakfast minimal offerings and bed is slightly hard. Aesthetically it was perfect, wish there was an area for dog walking … just a few improvements and it’d be 5 stars.

Pool heater was broken out entire stay. One of our reasons for booking this hotel was because of the heated indoor pool. the morning we checked out it was fixed. Needless to say we didn’t get to use the pool as it was so cold..

Great location and quality for the price
The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, hard boiled eggs and many other customary breakfast items. Check-in and check-out were very easy. T.here are also many restaurants near by and it is only 2 blocks from I 75.

The room heater/cooling unit needs attention. The vibrations from the unit was very annoying all night long. The bathroom door needs to be reinstalled since it won't shut properly since it is installed at an angle.

We went on a family trip for Thanksgiving and it was a delightful stay. Staff at this hotel is extremely nice and accomodating. I recommend this hotel for a convenient location and quiet stay.
