The room had water leaking from the sink onto the floor as well as the ac unit -which had water across the floor. There were cracks in the bathroom (wall) . Paint chips were on the floor by the door, undoubtedly from jammed doors and noisy neighbors. The mattress was flat and likely needed replacing. My back was feeling miserable most of the night leading to complete deprivation of meaningful rest. I wish I had slept in the car.

WE COULD NOT GET 1ST FLOOR ACCESS. THESE ROOMS RENTED TO PERMANENT POT SMOKING RESIDENTS. TRASH AROUND THE BUILDING. SMELLED MOLDY WITH POT AND CIGARETTS. NO FRIDGE NO COFFEE POT. BED WAS AWFUL WE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT. I TRULY WANT MY MONEY BACK.RESIDENTS SIT OUTSIDE AND SMOKE, WALKING DOGS. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Literally disgusting
This place is only good if you're homeless or a drug addict. I expected it to be kinda grimy but my end table was literally broken and there were literal blood stains all over the bathroom door. There was also used soap in the shower. They do not clean or maintain the rooms. Can't believe I actually stayed the night. At least there were no bed bugs. Would post pics but when I hit add photos, nothing happens
