My daughter and husband were staying at the property 9/14. I called earlier in the day to make sure the stay was under my husband’s name, he was the adult checking in, and the room was paid for. I relayed all of the info to front desk and they assured me that it was not a problem. When they arrived at the property the front desk would not let them check in. 30 minutes later after multiple emails and phone calls we were finally successful. Unacceptable and truly disappointing on the part of Hilton Properties. I will also lodge my complaint with corporate.

We stayed next to a couple that were partying all night. We called the front desk several times and nothing was done. Then we called the police and still nothing was done. We got no sleep! Clearly Hilton needs to train their employees on what to do. Meaning they need to kick out people like that! Not punish paying customers. Still trying to get a refund from Hilton.

The property had an issue with the fire alarm system, we were awoken at 6:30 am and evacuated. When cleared and returned to rooms it went off again. After that we decided to go for breakfast away from the hotel. We came back and was getting ready to go to a meeting and the fire alarm went off again.

Good Place to Stay

I was visiting friends in Hudson, NH and needed a place to stay overnight. I had a king sized bed and it was a very nice room. Very clean and safe. The staff was very pleasant as well. Even though I did visit the bar area or restaurant, both places looked very well kept.
