Requested a fresh bed comforter and, Cover sheet, they were visibly dirty. The shower head fell off while I was showering. The rest of this facility was amazingly clean and no problem with with service.

They do not do daily room service so I had to go and ask for additional towels washcloths, and there was so much noise above us. It was almost impossible to sleep.
