This newly-renovated ranch is roomy and comfortable with an open concept great room and spectacular views from every window. It's the perfect getaway for 3 couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a 50th birthday party or a fun, and memorable family reunion. Need to sleep a few extra bodies? Just add the Cottage (on the same property) to your stay and you can invite them too! The more the merrier.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The ranch house has all three bedrooms on the same level each with easy bathroom access. The master bedroom with en suite, is light-filled and spacious with plenty of vineyard views. Adorned with a King size bed, a large closet, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the outside, the en suite is outfitted with a single vanity with granite counters, tile floors, and an oversized tiled walk-in shower.
Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a queen bed, large closet and a ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom has a dual vanity with granite counters, and beautiful tile work in a tub/shower combination. It’s shared by Bedroom 2 and 3.
Both bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The great room is the heart of the home and entertainment central. The great room features large windows in the living area with incredible views of the vineyards.
At one end of the great room is the kitchen which features a large granite island with bar stool seating for 2, a deep stainless steel sink, a 6-burner stove and oven combo, a spacious laundry room, and a stainless steel, French door refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher.
In the center of the great room is dining area with a solid wood, walnut table and comfortable seating for 10.
At the opposite side of the great room is the family room with two over-sized, comfy sofas accommodating seating for 8 along with TV and vineyard views. The family room has a 60” Smart TV wired with DirecTV’s Entertainment Package. The centerpiece of the room is the wood-burning fireplace with stone wall back…perfect for the cooler evenings.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A front door off the great room leads to the one deck with Adirondack chairs…perfect for sipping wine while watching the sunset. The side door leads to the other large deck and side yard which contains a dining table and seating for 8. The deck is covered and protected from the sun and wind and has a large BBQ for grilling up steaks from your favorite butcher.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. The laundry room is available for guest usage.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just 10 minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on on Spring Street at 20th. And Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
