Everything was great at the hotel. The breakfast was good, room was clean, staff was helpful. The fitness room could use a larger area with more than one treadmill. There was a gentleman who apparently is a "regular" there, and the staff was helping him out by feeding him and I believe helping him to clean up. This is heartwarming to see, but they need to find someplace other than outside the entrance to allow him to hang out all day and evening. He was sitting on the curb in front of the entrance with his pants around his knees, which is a bit disconcerting for patrons to see. This was the one and only thing that made me feel a bit nervous about going past him to our car. Again, their compassion is amazing, but he needs to have a better (and safer) place to sit all day.

Front staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for wanting to check in. Lots of passive aggressive treatment although we specified we were in town for a family wedding. Front of house staff was very quiet and nonsupportive. Hotel itself is old and has a misty smell but o it.

First of all when you’re on the third floor there should definitely be an ice machine when you’re extremely tired from a long vent and you come to relax everyone’s gonna need ice and you only have it on the first floor, which was really an inconvenient

Perfect for a quick trip to Temecula, super close to Old Town. The In n Out being next door was super convenient! Everyone at the front desk and working the breakfast bar was so friendly. Having different breakfast options was also a nice surprise each day. The water pressure in our shower wasn't great so that would be the only downside but the room itself was spacious and even had a vanity!

Area had a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. I walked to the Wendy's next door for a quick evening meal. They have and easy access to the freeway.

the stay at this hotel was horoble. The room was ok but the noise from the highway 15 was unberable. You might as well sleep on the highway! When I ask to change the room due to noise they offer me ear plugs. The front desck was non exeistent customer service was not a dictionary word. To make it final SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall we were pleased with how convenient and quiet the hotel was. Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast offered was as expected. Our minor complaints were lumpy pillows, and the absence of chairs around the pool.
