Walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, and enjoy impeccable views of the infamous, box canyon mountains from your own private deck. Included is a designated, garage parking space, and all that Telluride has to offer.

Once inside, the interior of this incredibly located condo doesn't disappoint. The main living space is open concept and includes a gas fireplace, a breakfast bar countertop in the well-equipped kitchen, and access to a private deck with a BBQ grill. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, providing optimal views from the main living area, with the third bedroom being downstairs and private.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
