Here on the first floor of the building, you won't have to haul your heavy ski or adventure gear up or down the stairs - step outside and go. When you return home, you'll be greeted by cheerful, tastefully appointed decor and a cozy living room with a gas-burning stove. A contemporary kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances is the perfect place to whip up a delicious dinner after a day spent in the mountains. Wind down by trying the steam shower in the primary bathroom. If you're feeling productive, use the dedicated workspace to catch up on remote work. As the evening comes to an end, retire to one of the comfortable bedrooms.

Whether you plan to come for a winter ski vacation, a summer festival, or any time in between, you would be lucky to call this your home away from home.

-Very good location. -Public listing of condo had inaccuracy that Vacasa phone support did not know how to address. Local contact was more helpful and corrected situation -- allowing our family to access hot tub. -For the amount of money and FEES that are charged for Vacasa rentals and how they market their company as providers of great service and great accommodations, we shouldn't have to call for such minor things like getting the correct code to access the hot tub and then being told it's not part of our package when it clearly says it is, on the website and on the amenities list inside the condo). -This is the second time we've rented a ski property through Vacasa and run into carelessness which results in our having to waste our vacation time getting on the phone to get what we booked and have already paid for. -It may not seem like a big deal to some but they market themselves as providing an exceptional experience, and so far, while the properties themselves have been good, the service has been less than exceptional.

Cute condo with an easy walk to the San Miguel River trail. This was my 2nd time to rent this condo and the owner has significantly increased chef’s tools for the kitchen. Lacked nothing.

A great property and location!
This property was perfect for our family of 4 with two adult children. The layout was great, we made several meals on the patio grill and in the kitchen and we enjoyed them in the dining table or on the patio table. All the utensils and gadgets you ever need are provided. Clark's Market was just caddy corner so it was really convenient. The bedroom layout was perfect with the master for us and the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master shower is also a steam shower which was really popular with our group. We brought 4 bikes to get around town and there was a great place to lock them up just outside the front door under the steps. The ability to park offstreet in the driveway is very handy since on-street parking is very limited. We can't wait to come back again!

Great Condo, horrible management company
This condo is wonderful. Great location - walking distance to downtown Telluride, many hike/bike trails and the Gondola. The management company (Vacasa), though, is horrible. Just hope you do not need anything from them. I spent the first 24 hours of our stay contacting vacasa to get our parking pass. They give you a 970 area code "local support number" that, when you call, gets redirected to an out of state operations center. I read the "parking rules placard" in the unit to the "support agent" multiple times and she told me I was wrong. I kept saying "this is what you have in the unit" and she would not help. After hours of trying I *finally* got directed to someone from vacasa actually in Telluride; within minutes this person secured our parking access. Hours spent on the fake "970 local support number" until I finally got a real, local person who solved the problem in seconds. But, vacasa will not give you these local people until you pull your hair out. Anyway, LOVELY condo, horrible management. So, five stars for condo, 1 start for horrible vacasa - I have to give a '3' for the overall stay. Enjoy your time in this beautiful condo, just pray you do not need anything from the management company (vacasa).

Quiet, close to town rental - dog friendly!
Tucked in on a quiet road on the W side of town, this rental was perfect for our family! Beds were great, living room was comfortable, kitchen well stocked! Easily walk anywhere in town or to your next beautiful hike! Only downside, you can hear the guests walking around above you and our confirmations said there was a hot tub, but there as actually no hot tub (my kiddo was quite disappointed). Overall, very happy with our time in Unit A!

Beautiful home away from home
My family and I enjoyed an 11 day stay at this condo. The condo is exactly like the listing- clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family would need. The location is great- walking distance to everything in Telluride. The property management company was very friendly and responsive also. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
