My stay in Creekside Inn was good, but the room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed and the shower, a cup of coffee on the terrace when we arrived and the coffee machine was dirt when we used it the first time Otherwise the hotel was nice and we enjoyed the 2 pools

Comfortable hotel in a great location.
Super friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Back door opened to to an awesome table on the dock. Great space for my morning coffee. I’ll be back.

We had to wait for someone to check us in around 7pm. But once we were checked in, the rooms were comfortable. We booked through Expedia and the room photos showed a view of the water but we had no view of the water. We walked to a nearby restaurant and had a good meal. Good place for a night or two.

We were extremely satisfied with this property! Our room was clean, faces the canal, and the staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend as we were totally pleased with everything about our stay. Very convenient to the highway, visitors center, shopping, and dining.

This is such a quaint, lovely and clean hotel. The staff was amazing! We will stay there again. The property is very clean and centrally located . For the best key lime pie go to the Blonde Giraffe, Lazy Days is awesome and right on the water? You can feed the Tarpon at Bud and Mary’s. Loralie has a great happy hour and food. Just to name a few! There are so many cool places to go. There is a great Italian tea restaurant called the Italian co. Bring a hair dryer if you need one they do not have them in the rooms. Not a big deal just wanted to mention that. Not complaining at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I booked a specific king bed room with French door overlooking creek for 2 days. We got delayed due to a snow storm and didn't arrive until the next day. Hotel refused to cancel day 1. So we kept the reservation for day 2. Upon arrival and checking in, we went into the room and immediately found that the room was slept it because the bedsheets where all over the place. We complained and the hotel moved us to a double bed room without a view. There were multiple stains on the bedsheet. I even got bit by something in the bed and was dizzy for 2 days. Talked to Expedia about this experience and they said hotel owner will not refund any of the cost. Main thing here is I paid for a better room than I was given. Clearly owner doesn't care and Expedia doesn't care enough to do anything about it. Would not recommend staying here.

super stay in Islamorada!
Great stay while needing to be near Mariners Hospital in Tavernier. Our room was large and accommodating, right on the water and very comfortable for hanging out. Service was very attentive and courteous at every point. The door locks for our room (108) were a bit confusing when I realized we had a key to only one of the four locks, so I recommended that's made clear at check-in. Appreciate the nice stay!
