Such a nice cabin
We really had a great time! Easy to find, easy to check in, clean. The only bummer is having to pay a host fee and a cleaning fee, and then being asked to take out trash and start a load of laundry. We still had a really relaxing stay and that wood stove was nice too.

Great place to stay!
Stayed here while working on a construction project. Great to have a place where everyone can hang out together, instead of staying in separate motel rooms! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place - Out of the BUSTLE of McCall!
Everything in the property description is accurate. Location is ideal - 10 minutes to McCall but peaceful! New Meadows is 3 minutes, and they have some really tasty food options. Overall, nothing super fancy, but absolutely nothing missing. No traffic, no noise, just birds, trees and grass - If you want a relaxing, comfortable stay in the mountains, this is the place! Also, the easiest in-and-out of our many VRBO experiences.

Great winter getaway for Pow dumps. Everything you need, but you still feel like you’re in a cabin. Super cool little town. Friendliest people. Do yourself a favor, get away from the Epic/Ikon grind and ski small and ski local.

Wintery Fun in a Rustic Cabin!
We had a really nice time with family on Christmas holiday skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Owner even put up a tree with lights-a great welcome! Property was frigid due to the arctic blast earlier in the week, once floor heaters were activated and a constant fire burning-everything warmed up perfectly. Cabin is a little off the grid, so take good care of your garbage, recycling, food stuff and no internet. Has good cellular-can use that for Wi-Fi Hot Spot!

Relaxing!
When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised how peaceful it was in the area. We had a bit of a struggle getting into the house because we did not receive the email for the check-in for the key access, but the owner responded to us quickly and was accommodating in helping us. We appreciated there was adequate cooking supplies (spices, cookware, etc) as well a comfortable beds. We usually cringe whenever we stay somewhere in anticipation of uncomfortable beds, but wow, we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable they were. We also enjoyed having air conditioning as it did get a bit toasty during our stay. Overall highly recommend this rustic, quiet, and peaceful accommodations.

Cozy and warm
Cabin was warm and cozy. We enjoyed the nice complimentary bottle of wine and coffee. The living room was relaxing with nice cozy throws to snuggle up in. However, I don't like leaving negative reviews or comments. But our first morning the neighbor dogs barked from approximately 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. That was the longest barking session. We realize the host has no control over the neighbor dogs, and may not even realize they can be so bothersome. Some of the windows were very dirty. When the sun shown on one of the living room windows we couldn't see out of it. Also the window by the eating bar and the garden window above the kitchen sink both had stuff stuck on the inside. The garden window was particularly cloudy like it hadn't been cleaned all winter. The oven was dirty. We were going to BBQ until we saw that the grate hadn't been cleaned and the charcoal ash from the previous use hadn't been taken care of. (One more little thing the light switch by the kitchen sink has back stuff in/around the switch.) I'm sorry to have to bring this up and maybe the host isn't aware of these things.

Clean, cozy, and dog friendly!
This is a centrally located cabin that is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook, and the water was hot. The shower is big and modern. It was extra nice to be able to bring our dog and the space was great for her too. The host was kind and responsive, and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. Reccomended!

Awesome Pet Friendly Winter Getaway!
We booked this place mainly because of the price with allowing 2 (large) dogs for a quick weekend getaway from Boise. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and loved the real cabin feel with this home. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace and additional heater kept us warm all day and night even in 8 degree weather. There was quite a bit of snow and we had no problem getting to the cabin, or walking in and out from the garage. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs to the 2 bedrooms and the loft are extremely narrow and steep, we had no issues just took it slow but the dogs would not go up or down them. The contact David was very friendly and responsive. We spent about 12 hours each day just in the front yard playing in the snow as 6 adults, 1 9 year old, and 2 large dogs. There were even 8 sleds in the garage that were included. We had a great time!

Well-stocked and comfy
This cabin is beautiful, and it was incredibly well stocked! The dining table and chairs were comfortable for sitting around to play board games. The couch and living room was a warm, cozy place to read and watch movies. It was so convenient to have a fenced backyard, dog kennel, and dog door! We had a wonderful time, and I would absolutely book this cabin again! The owner was so helpful, and he even set up a Christmas tree for our stay. Both sets of stairs are beautiful, but they were very hard for our parents to climb so we gave them the ground floor master bedroom. All other bedrooms are on the second level.
