Everything was great but my room was not cleaned on the first day. I stayed two nights. I usually tip well, but since the trash wasn’t emptied and used towels were not replaced, I did not tip.

They overbooked us, didn’t tell us although they called the day before to confirm our reservation. The staff was not helpful. Another party stayed at the hotel and said there was mold everywhere and the stay was disgusting.

Horribly disappointed
The desk clerk that checked us in last night was sick. She kept coughing without covering her mouth. I have several auto immune disease so spreading her germs like that can compromise my health even further. The room appeared clean and ready for us to occupy it. When I pulled back my side of the bedding, to my dismay there was human hair, black specs of something, and food particle on the sheets. The used a heavily scented room deodorizer or sanitizer that made breathing difficult for me and caused me to have a serious allergic reaction. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. We’ve never had a bad experience until this stay on 12/24/2024.
