Clean enough but there were things that needed to be fixed. One is the deadbolt lock was pretty non-existent. The lock was on the door but on the wall where it locks, the other piece was missing. The bed was comfortable enough.

We didn’t stay. This hotel was not as advertised on Hotels.com. The rooms were extremely small and not as pictured. Additionally there were bees flying all around the door to our room and when we went to complain (as my girlfriends are allergic to bees), we were made to feel like liars. They didn’t have a Manager on Duty, any business cards and would not offer us a cancellation/refund because we booked through Hotels.com…who also didn’t give a refund because of the “hotels strict cancellation policy”.

Stained linens, stained ceiling panels, NO IN-ROOM COFFEEMAKER!!!, VERY OVER-PRICED FOR THE ROOM AND LACK OF AMENITIES!!! WILL NOT BE STAYING IN A DAYS INN EVER AGAIN AND POSSIBLY NOT ANY OTHER FACILITY ASSOCIATED WITH WYNDHAM!!!

This location needs help!

The staff who tried to help us were lovely people, but this is an older, run down property and they had a lot to cope with. The magnetic key didn't work some of the time, the decor in the room is badly dated (paint job in particular needs help), the bathroom door wasn't closing properly, the deadbolt on the door was completely smashed off, the odor in the room was distracting. We got so concerned about safety that we decided not to leave our stuff in the room after the first night. I don't know if that was why when we arrived back at the room there had been no maid service - beds unmade, damp towels not replaced, etc. The mattresses on the beds were new-ish but otherwise this was a very poor value for money spent.

RUN. DO NOT STAY HERE

Disgusting place to work with. Tried to cancel due to other reviews we read the day before we were supposed to stay there. Cockroaches and cigarette smell. Should be ashamed to have this place open still.

Convenient older Days Inn

Older low rise, drive up motel Well maintained, family run. Some upgrades but showing its age. Fine for stopovers. Could use firmer mattress and pillows. Safe and quiet area, near rail station and Destiny Mall

If I could rate zero stars I would!! We booked this property for 2 nights, we left as early as possible after the first night. There were bugs in the bathroom and sink area, the walls were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door where it looked like someone punched it. Additionally the latch lock on the door (which opened directly to the outside) was missing. the bathroom also had standing water around the toilet and the walls in the closet area next to the sink were missing wall paper. When I informed them we were leaving early, the front desk worker, refused to check me out early and the property has subsequently refused to refund any of the booking. It was one of the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever experienced and zero customer service, unwillingness to address concerns.

cockroaches in the bathroom; manager that seemed disinterested; pillows looking like they were from the 1950's. Generally just old and worn. But inexpensive and available at the last minute when everything else was booked.

Comfortable rooms..just old..very few upgrades..everything worked..AC was great..beds very comfortable..the property was overgrown..needed grass cut,bushes trimmed..no outside maintenance done..unfortunate because beauty is in the eye of the beholder..it would be of great concern if no time/effort was deemed necessary to make the motel look better..considering it is a Days in by Wyndom..expect a little better

Close to restaurants and shopping. Some updates were needed; the bathroom door needs to be replaced, it was held together by screws. The shower head needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. There was rust on it. The floors and carpets were very clean. I was charged a refundable $100 deposit fee upfront for no smoking and no pets; which I wasnt aware of.
