The place was a mess. We were given a room at first and went to room to find someone else already in room. Got to room and that was dirty. Had no toilet paper in room.the ftont entrance was a mess.

Property was under construction. They should put the information on their website about the construction. Room was clean but some kind of moldy smell. No amenities just black coffee pack in room. Gym was next to construction. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Staff was great, the girl at check in was professional, attentive and answered any questions. The room though was a different story: Marks on the walls, there were used towels in the closet, the coffee maker still had a used coffee pod/pack and the pots were not cleaned properly there was still food crusted onto the bottom of the pans. Thankfully the bathroom was clean, toilet bowl and shower were fine and the bed sheets seemed okay too. Just those minor details in cleaning that needed to be done but when you add them up it just felt the cleaning was haphazard.

The lady at the front desk was super awesome and helpful. Our first room failed due to residual cigarette smoke but the front desk lady took us to see another room that worked out just fine. Thank you Thank you

The front desk staff was very nice. The front door was broken and propped open. The outside area and parking lot was covered in litter. Broken water bottles, empty food bags, wrappers and then several men who didn’t appear to be staying in the hotel sitting in the middle of the sidewalk at the entrance to facility. One cockroach in our room

The inside was old, lots of cosmetic flaws. Holes in the walls, never fixed. Light between the 2 beds , couldnt be turned off, hard time getting to sleep because of it. Broken drawers, phone didnt work, till we plugged it into a different phone outlet.

Room was infested with cockroaches; noticed when turned off all but one light for bed/ had to check out at 1 am and stay elsewhere. Went to front desk to complain and employee was aware that the room and the adjacent room were infested and should not have been rented. We asked to be refunded ; we were not. We checked in @ 9pm and left @1am. We took pictures, there was food behind furniture; blood stains on carpet. Thankfully we did not use any linens. Disgusting. We paid 130/ didn’t expect the best room, but expected a clean room. Door didn’t close all the way, there were bugs in the bathroom, was a suite with kitchenette, also had cockroaches and spiders. TV didn’t work, just a horrible experience. Would never recommend. Feel as though this room is a rent by the hour room

Missed the mark by a lot.

I put my father up at this hotel because of delays in recent flights. I’ve stayed at this brand before and thought it was a great choice. We were extremely disappointed to find the room was not clean, the freezer was iced open and frost and ice everywhere. The bathroom was dirty with prints from the previous guest. Hole in the vanity. No hair dryer or coffee option. Expensive night because many hotels were booked for a national event in town. I’m not only disappointed and disgusted by the room but was embarrassed to have chosen this hotel for my parents. Would never recommend again.

I called the front desk and informed them that the toilet in my room was not working properly. Part of the time it would flush, and part of the time it would not. I was told they would have maintenance come to my room and fix the problem, but no one showed up.
